To my knowledge the manual grf does not contain the custom updates. It is only a complement to some of the more updated stuff from the official client. If you're seeing apples, you're not patched properly. If you're getting no new updates, try renaming your grfs or change their load order from the data.ini.

First i removed neoncube.file from my RO folder(Cut this file and paste it to other location). But i still get the error. Then i tried running as admin first the patchers: rsu-kro-rag-lite and rsu-kro-renewal-lite. I Waited until patch process is complete.
