When I got my license years ago I parked the car in the first spot away from the curb. My dad and I went in, the instructor came out with us and said 'bring your car to the curb.'

I got in and pulled it 10 feet to the curb. The instructor said 'there wasn't a licensed driver in the car, you fail.' Download diamonds rihanna.

He was right of course, but at the time it just seemed like a dirty trick. I failed again because the stop line at a stop sign wasn't fully visible through my windshield. Again seemed cheap to me. Third time I went to a different DMV (York I think) had my worst test and passed no problem. That said it is probably too easy to get your license in the states so I don't harbor a grudge.we'll maybe a little. This isn't unfair. The cop is making an incredibly important point to the student and if the student was prepared for it - he wasn't prepared for the test.

The point is, as the driver of the vehicle NO ONE ELSE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OPERATION OF THAT VEHICLE. If someone in your says, 'Oh go ahead and pass on this double yellow line, I do it all the time.' The results of that, no matter what they are, are not his/her fault.

They are yours. You are the driver. You are the operator. And yes, if a cop is sitting in the passenger seat and says, 'Go ahead and run the red light', you deserve to fail. You haven't figured it out. So, I only moved to Lancaster a year ago, but when I was there a year ago to get my PA license, I did notice the instructor for the driver's test.
